All services are performed by CSIA-certified, NFI-certified, fully insured, and background-checked technicians.

Scheduling & Appointments

  • Appointments can be scheduled via our website contact form, by phone, or by email.
  • We strive to accommodate your preferred schedule and offer same-week availability when possible.
  • We will confirm your appointment via phone or email. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance.
  • We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather conditions, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances.

Pricing & Payment

  • All pricing is provided upfront before work begins. We operate on a no-surprise pricing model. The quote you receive is the price you pay.
  • Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • We accept major credit cards, debit cards, checks, and cash.
  • Additional work discovered during an inspection or service will be communicated to you with a revised estimate before any work proceeds.

Service Guarantees

  • Clean-Home Guarantee: We leave your home spotless after every service, or we'll come back and clean it at no additional cost.
  • Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with our work, contact us within 30 days and we will make it right.
  • Guarantees apply to services performed by our technicians and do not cover pre-existing conditions, normal wear and tear, or damage caused by third parties.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 1st Class Chimney & Air Duct shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

  • Your use of or inability to use our services or website
  • Any conduct or content of any third party
  • Pre-existing conditions in your property that were not caused by our services

Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
